We service clients from all walks of life, whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to remortgage or buying a property to let. We also specialise in supporting clients with an adverse credit history. In our experience, these types of mortgages require expert knowledge and access to specific lenders, which is why we have created dedicated CCJ and IVA mortgage services.

Ryan Radford

Managing Director

Ryan has over 30 years of experience across the mortgage and debt industries. An industry influencer, he is on hand to offer great advice to all and helped 1000’s of people obtain mortgages during his time in the industry. Based in Dubai, his downtime is mainly spent playing golf and spending time with his two boys.

Damon Palmer

Director

Damon has over 38 years experience across financial services. His responsibilities include, ensuring our clients receive the best service and that we have access to the best products while working within a regulated environment. Outside of work, Damon enjoys spending time with his family, photography and playing football.

Debbie Woodhouse

Mortgage & Protection Expert

Debbie has worked in the financial industry for over 25 years. Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Protection (CeMAP) qualified, she specialises in all types of mortgages, including later life lending, and is passionate about ensuring clients are fully protected by offering advice in areas such as life cover and other types of important protection. She enjoys spending time with family, especially her grandchild.

Lorraine Slade

Mortgage & Protection Specialist

Lorraine has been working in the mortgage market for over 20 years. She has a vast knowledge of lender’s criteria and enjoys working with clients to ensure their applications go as smoothly as possible. She is also our residential insurance specialist whose hobbies include travel and crossword puzzles.

Sophie Smith

Mortgage & Protection Administrator

Sophie is our very experienced mortgage administration expert, supporting the team by ensuring mortgage applications are packaged and carried through to completion, keeping clients up to date with the progress of their mortgage. She is currently studying for her CeMAP qualification and enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
