So it is important to check yours is correct as this can be the difference between being Accepted or Declined for your Mortgage. Plus a healthy report is the key to getting the best mortgage deals on the market. This can be obtained by clicking on the 'Checkmyfile' button below.
Please then email the PDF report to us on hello@tmexpert.co.uk.
If the mortgage will be a joint application, we will need this report for both applicants.
